We find out what the business does and what the site has to achieve. Free, and there is no obligation after it.

A written scope and a fixed price before any work starts. If something is outside it, we say so rather than quietly adding it.

You see the site on a private link as it is built, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
4. Handover
You get the domain, the hosting and the code in your own accounts. Support afterwards if you want it, not because you are stuck.
